All stages of manufacture are completed at our 35,000 sq.ft factory in Sunbury on Thames.

For plastic product manufacture, we have 24 state-of-the-art injection moulding machines, CNC robots, automated materials handling, press dedicated hopper driers, computer-controlled colour management and a fully-equipped tool room.

Through use of this technology and of robotic automation, we maintain the highest levels of efficiency and quality control at all stages of production.

Precision and consistency in manufacture minimises rejection levels, thereby benefiting our customers by controlling costs and the environment by saving energy.
